Step 1

Hydropeel

Using a vacuum tip, skin is drawn onto the handpiece to infuse specialist AHA and BHA solutions providing a deep cleanse and hydration while aiding extraction. This step will collect all your #FaceGunk, which you can see at the end if you want to.

Step 2

Deep Exfoliation

Creates ‘the Bohr effect’ using a vibrational cleansing tool, allowing oxygen to be drawn into the skin. The active ingredients used are hyaluronic acid, protein peptides, retinol, Azeliac acid, Kojic acid and rose essential oil which results in a hydrating and brightening effect. This step provides deep exfoliation by buffing the skin using an exfoliation capsule containing active ingredients, which results in clearer, hydrated and brighter skin.

Step 3

Skin Tightening

Tri-polar radiofrequency delivers the energy directly into the dermis, raising the temperature to between 40-42 degrees. This causes an immediate contraction of existing mature collagen fibres and stimulation of the fibroblasts which results in the production of new collagen and a lasting, firmer, healthier skin. This result causes an increased density of the dermal layer giving a skin tightening effect.

Step 4

Skin Lifting

Here we’re using electroporation which increases the absorbency of the cell for product penetration. This, in turn, revitalises and wakes up dull and lifeless skin. This hand piece can also cause muscle contraction to firm and lift.

Step 5

Hydration

After applying a hydrating mask, ultrasound technology is used over the top in order to infuse the product into the skin. Its thermal action has a stimulating effect on blood flow and activates cell metabolism. The biochemical effects trigger a micromassage in the tissue which stimulates the formation of new collagen.

Step 6

Oxygenation

This step encourages maximum absorption allowing intense skin hydration. Applying oxygen to the skin with this method will help increase cell metabolism. A lack of oxygen slows down cell metabolism, ages cells prematurely, reduces skin firmness and creates a dull complexion. 3D HydrO2 Facial will supply 25% oxygen and other specially selected ingredients to the upper layers of the epidermis and to increase blood flow, cell regeneration and help to minimise free radical damage. Some bacteria cannot live in oxygen so the treatment can also positively affect congestion.

Step 7

Fire & Ice

This step incorporates heat to open pores, increase blood supply, aid product infusion and strengthen the skin. The ‘Cryo-facial’ is a dual-modality handpiece which uses heat and cooling technology. The skin temperature is heated to 42 degrees, which dilates the pores for deeper cleansing and also creates heat shock proteins—these are chemical messengers that trigger repair mechanisms to improve the elasticity and firmness of the skin. The cooling aspect chills the skin down to 5 degrees and is used at the end of each facial to give further tightening and seal the infusion of the product.
