Elite Aesthetics Yorkshire Ltd – Terms & Conditions of Booking
Booking Policy
• Booking Fee – All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee. This is deducted from the final balance on the day of treatment. No appointment will be secured without payment.
• Consultations – Consultations with our Nurse Prescriber are charged at £25.
• This fee is deductible from treatment if booked and completed within 2 months.
• If no treatment is booked, or you are found to be contraindicated to treatment, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
• We do not accept bookings on behalf of someone else, and booking fees are non-transferable to another person.
• We do not offer refunds after treatment has been completed. Results vary between individuals, and no warranty or guarantee is made regarding treatment outcomes. This is outlined on our consent forms, which must be signed prior to treatment.

Age, Pregnancy & Medical Restrictions
• Injectable treatments are not available to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of photo ID is required for clients under 25.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding clients cannot undergo any aesthetic treatments.
• You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, including new health conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or changes to medication, before your appointment.
• If you book without disclosing medical conditions or medications that contraindicate treatment, and your treatment is refused, any booking fees paid will be lost.

Children & Guests
• Due to the nature of our services and insurance requirements, no children under 14 are allowed in the clinic.
• If you arrive with children, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
• For health & safety reasons, only the practitioner and the client are allowed in the treatment room.

Cancellations, Amendments & Lateness
• We operate a strict 24-hour amendment and cancellation policy.
• Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.
• Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Exceptions may be made for genuine medical emergencies, at our discretion, with proof required.
• You may reschedule once with your booking fee transferred if notice is given more than 24 hours before your appointment.
• We allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may require rescheduling, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Treatment Preparation
• Avoid alcohol for 48 hours prior to injectables.
• Avoid ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen and other NSAIDs for 7 days prior.
• Avoid vitamins/herbal remedies for 2 weeks before injectables.
• Stop using retinol 7 days before skin treatments.
• No treatments 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after the COVID vaccine.
• Please inform us of any major health problems (e.g., diabetes, heart conditions, blood-thinning medication) before booking.

Privacy & Data Protection
• All personal and medical information is stored securely and used only for treatment purposes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Your information will never be shared with or sold to third parties.

Disclaimer
• Your booking fee is payment for a reserved time slot and is non-refundable.
• Any attempt to reverse this payment via your bank or PayPal will result in legal action and provision of evidence of your agreement to these terms.
