Booking and Payments
All courses must be paid in full before attending training. Places are not secured until payment has been received. Deposits are non refundable. Remaining balances must be settled no later than seventy two hours before the course date.

 

Cancellations and Non Attendance
All bookings are non refundable. Students who are unable to attend their training must provide a minimum of seventy two hours notice. Requests with less than seventy two hours notice cannot be transferred or rescheduled and the booking will be forfeited. Failure to attend on the day will result in the full loss of the course fee.

 

Rescheduling
Students who provide adequate notice of seventy two hours or more may request to move their training to the next available date. Rescheduling is offered once only as a gesture of goodwill. Further changes may incur an additional fee.

 

Eligibility
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements for their chosen course. Proof of qualifications must be provided before training materials or certificates are released. Elite Aesthetics Clinic reserves the right to refuse training if adequate proof is not supplied.

 

Professional Conduct
All students must arrive on time, follow the trainer’s guidance and adhere to clinic health and safety requirements. Disruptive or unsafe

behaviour will result in removal from training without refund.

 

Models
Where a course requires models, students may be asked to supply their own unless otherwise stated. All models must meet the clinic’s medical and consent requirements.

 

Certificates
Certificates are issued once all training requirements have been completed and the trainer is satisfied with the student’s competence.

 

Photography and Media
Training sessions may be photographed or filmed for educational and marketing purposes. By attending, students consent to the use of this material unless they state otherwise in writing before training day.

 

Liability
Elite Aesthetics Clinic accepts no responsibility for loss of earnings, travel costs or other expenses if a course is cancelled due to trainer illness, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event of cancellation, the student will be offered the next available date.
